摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒疫情期间非疫区发热门诊的护理人力配置。方法通过对新型冠状病毒疫情期间非疫区发热门诊护理岗位及人员的设置与优化,确定发热门诊基本护理人力配置。结果非疫区发热门诊护理人力配置应灵活机动,发热门诊应根据医院实际情况设置2~4个护理岗位,疫情暴发期非疫区护理人力配置应该≥15名,非疫情期护理人力配置应该≥7名。结论国家对发热门诊护理人力配置的要求应作适当的修改和规范。
Objective To explore the nursing manpower allocation in non-epidemic area during the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods According to the arrangement and optimization of fever clinic’s nursing posts in non-epidemic area during the outbreak of COVID-19,we determined the basic nursing manpower allocation of fever clinic.Results The nursing manpower allocation of fever clinic in non-epidemic area should be flexible.2-4 nursing posts should be arranged in fever clinic according to the actual situation of hospital.The number of nursing manpower allocation in non-epidemic area should be greater than or equal to 15,which should be greater than or equal to 7 during non-epidemic period.Conclusion The requirement of nursing manpower allocation in fever clinic should be modified and standardized.
