Intelligent Real-time Shift of Key Information on Emergency Observing Patients

目的通过对急诊抢救暂观患者实施智能化的关键信息实时交班,提高疾病相关信息传递的连续性、准确性和完整性,确保患者安全、提高护理质量。方法2017年1月至2017年9月,急诊抢救室和暂观室患者为对照组,采用传统的交班和护理方法。2018年1月至2018年9月,急诊抢救室和暂观室患者为观察组,采用关键信息实时交班,运用信息资源共享技术,实施实时预警信息提醒,智能化自动采集关键信息,护理人员可实时动态查阅交班内容。比较实施前后,急诊护理人员对急诊抢救及暂观患者关键信息掌握情况、整理交班所用的时间、预警信息交接遗漏率以及护理人员对上一班次交班效果的满意率等效果指标。结果对急诊抢救暂观患者实施智能化的关键信息实时交班后,急诊护理人员对患者关键信息掌握得分,观察组明显高于对照组,有统计学差异;观察组整理交班所用的时间为(1.20±0.03)分明显低于对照组(15.35±1.44)分,有统计学差异;预警信息交接遗漏率9.70%明显低于对照组(60.10%),有统计学差异;护理人员对上一班次交班效果满意率为98.99%,明显高于对照组(85.63%),有统计学差异。结论智能化的急诊抢救暂观患者关键信息实时交班提高急诊护理人员对抢救暂观患者关键信息的掌握程度,自动采集无耗时,大幅度减轻急诊护理人员的工作量,提高交班效果满意程度。

Objective To implement intelligent real-time shift of key information on emergency observing patients,and to improve the continuity,accuracy and integrity of disease related information transmission and the quality of nursing,so as to ensure patient’s safety.Methods Patients from January 2017 to September 2017 were enrolled into control group,receiving traditional shift work and nursing;patients from January 2018 to September2018 were served as observation group,receiving real-time key information shift.Using technology of information resource sharing to implement real-time warning and intelligent automatic key information collection,nurses have real-time access to shift content.Nurses’awareness of the key information on emergency observing patients,time need to prepare the shift,early warning information transition omission rate and the satisfaction of nurses on the last shift were compared before and after the implementation.Results After implementing the intelligent real-time shifting of key information,the score of the key information on patients awareness by nurses was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,showing statistical difference.The time used to finish the shift(1.20±0.03)was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.35±1.44),showing statistical difference.The missing rate of warning information handover was 9.70%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(60.10%).The satisfaction rate was 98.99%,which was significantly higher than the control group(85.63%).Conclusion The real-time succession of key information on emergency observing patients based on intelligence can significantly help the emergency nurses grasp the key information of emergency observing patients,and information can be automatic collected without time consuming,which greatly reduces the workload of emergency care staff,and improves the satisfaction degree of shift.
