随着信息化和电脑技术在医学领域的广泛应用,将信息化管理的方法用到输血科的管理中已势在必行。为了更好地保证临床用血安全,提高输血科工作效率,中山医院输血科在整合全院现有网络资源的基础上,建立了输血科全流程物流网化管理系统。该系统功能可覆盖血制品入库至临床输血的全过程,并对血制品进行实时监控。系统可向输血科医师提供患者血常规等检查信息,有利于输血的精准性和输血疗效评价。同时系统还可对血制品库存、流向进行统计查询,便于临床用血预测和临床科研。通过使用该系统,输血科的工作效率提高,有效降低可能发生的人为差错,提高临床输血的精准性和安全性,为医院节省运营成本。

With the wide usage of information and computer technology in medicine,information management applying to transfusion department is imperative.To improve the working efficiency and ensure the security,the transfusion department of Zhongshan Hospital developed a network system based on the hospital available network resources.The system can supervise the whole process from blood storage to blood release.Meanwhile,the system can provide the relative clinical test results to the medical staffs of transfusion department,which can improve the accuracy of the blood transfusion.The medical staffs can also inquire the inventory and flow direction of blood products through this system.The system enhances the working efficiency,reduces human errors,and saves the cost of our hospital.
