摘要
目的探讨基于真人实拍和3D建模技术的新型心肺体检课程在全科规培学员教学中的应用效果。方法选取某院2014-2016级共31名全科规培学员作为研究对象,在课程实施前、后分别进行自我能力评估和床边心肺体格检查实操考核,最后学员对课程进行评价反馈。结果研究发现学员接受该课程后在掌握心肺体检的重点和难点以及独立完成心肺体检的信心方面有了明显提升(P<0.05);学员在床边心肺体检考核的成绩在视诊、触诊、叩诊和听诊等四个项目较前显著提高(P<0.05);而在医患沟通与爱伤观念方面在课程前后的差异无统计学意义。此外,所有学员对该课程均给予肯定评价。结论新型心肺体检课程适用于全科规培学员体格检查教学,有助于提高全科医师对心肺体检的认识、掌握心肺体检的技能,能更好地激发学习热情,较好地实现教学目的,达到良好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of a novel cardiopulmonary examination course based on reality shooting and 3 D modeling in general practitioners.Methods 31 general practitioners selected from grade 2014 to 2016 have been applied self-evaluation of capacity and bedside cardiopulmonary physical examination,respectively,before and after the course.Finally,participants were given feedback on this course.Results This study found that the participants had a significant improvement in the key points and difficulties in mastering the cardiopulmonary examination and the confidence of the operation independently(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the concepts of doctor-patient communication and sympathy.In addition,all participants gave positive assessments of the course.Conclusion The novel cardiopulmonary examination course for general practitioners could help general practitioners understand the cardiopulmonary examination,grasp the skills,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,and achieve good teaching purpose and teaching results.
