Effect of Tutors on Graduate Ideological Education in Clinical Training Stage

摘要 目的通过临床培养阶段导师对研究生开展的思想教育效果进行分析研究,为今后医院提升研究生思想教育提供启示与借鉴。方法采用自主设计的问卷对在院研究生进行调查,设立两方面4个主要指标:受教育者的自我评价(学术能力、道德水准),对教育手段的评价(教育频率、教育水平),按照1~5的分值进行打分,运用SPSS进行统计分析。结果总计发放问卷共108份,回收有效问卷达102份,4个主要指标的平均值为4.74±0.45。运用方差进行统计学分析,结果表明4个主要指标比较具有统计学差异(t=4.12,P<0.001),随后运用SNK检验,结果表明其中道德水准得分高于其他3项。后续分析研究发现:不同政治面貌的导师对研究生思想教育的效果不构成影响;政治面貌为党员的研究生对导师教育水平的评价高于非党员的研究生;导师对研三学生的思想教育效果要优于研二学生。结论现阶段,医院开展的举措促进导师开展思想教育工作,但是也要重视研究生对思想教育效果的各种反馈意见,及时发现薄弱环节,采取有针对性的措施持续提升思想教育效果。 Objective Through the clinical training stage,the instructor analyzes and studies the effect of the ideological education carried out by graduate students,which provides enlightenment and reference for the future improvement of graduate ideological education in hospitals.Methods The self-designed questionnaire survey was used to investigate the graduate students in the hospital,and four main indicators were set up:academic ability,moral level,education frequency,and education level.The scores were graded according to 1-5,and SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 108 questionnaires were distributed in the survey,and 102 valid questionnaires were collected.The average of the four main indicators was 4.74±0.45.Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance.The results showed that the comparison of the four main indicators was statistically significant(t=4.12,P<0.001),and then the SNK test was used.The results showed that the moral level score was higher than the other three items.Subsequent analysis and research found that different political status tutors had no effect on the effect of graduate ideological education;the political outlook for the graduates of the party members was higher than the non-party graduates;the ideological education effect on third grade students was better than that of the second grade.Conclusion At this stage,the measures carried out by the hospital have promoted the instructors to carry out ideological education work,but also should pay attention to the various feedbacks of graduate students on the effect of ideological education,timely identify weak links,and adopt targeted measures to continuously improve the effect of ideological education.
