新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给建设和运营老年病专科医院带来的新挑战

2019 coronavirus disease poses challenge for constructing and operating geriatric hospitals

2020年初的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性强、感染人数多,老年患者救治难度大、死亡比例高。疫情的发生,给国内正在运营和新建的老年病专科医院提出了新挑战和新要求。笔者对照国家和各省卫生管理部门正在执行的老年病专科医院建设标准和评审标准,结合三级综合医院和三级专科医院建设、管理、运营的实践,着眼于应对未知烈性呼吸道传播疾病的提前预防,分别从感染防控要求、建筑设计改进、人员学科配置调整、老年医学和医院建筑学交叉融合、医疗集团建设及运营管理优化等方面进行了探讨,提出了改进的初步构想,以期对老年病医院更好地服务患者有所帮助。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is highly contagious.Once the elderly has been infected with the 2019 novel coronavirus,the treatment is difficult and the mortality is high.The COVID-19 epidemic challenges and requires the construction and operation of geriatric hospitals in China.Considering the construction standard and evaluation standard for geriatric hospitals performed currently by national and provincial medical institutions management authorities,together with our working experiences in hospital administrations,we discussed the way it can be improved in the following aspects,including requirements for infectious disease prevention and control,improvement in architecture design,personnel allocation,cross-connection of geriatrics and hospital buildings design,and construction and operation optimization of medical treatment group company,etc.It is expected to be helpful for better service provided to the elderly in geriatric hospitals.
