基于区域安全责任制《安全管理》教学设计

Teaching Design of“Safety Management”Based on Regional Security Responsibility System

基于区域安全责任制这种安全管理方法,通过校企合作,选取不同行业的中小型企业,然后把一个企业划分成不同的安全管理区域,让每位学生成为一个区域的安全责任人。然后结合当地政府和企业正开展的安全工作及安全管理员的职业标准,设计安全管理课程的教学任务,学生在完成任务的过程中,能知悉企业和政府正开展的安全工作,并能深刻理解应用课程的理论知识。基于具体工作任务的安全管理课程内容的设计实现了由纯理论教学到完成具体工作任务的转变。通过该门课程的学习,实现了学生到安全管理员身份的快速转换,同时能尽快为我国培养更多的专业安全管理人才。

Based on the safety management method of regional security responsibility system,we select small and medium enterprises in different industries through university-enterprise cooperation,and then divide one enterprise into different security management areas so that each student can become a regional safety director.Then,combining with the safety work being carried out by local government and enterprises and the professional standards of the security administrator,the teaching tasks of safety management course are designed.In the process of completing the task,students can know the safety work being carried out by enterprises and governments,and can deeply understand the theory of the application course.The design of the content of safety management course based on the specific task has realized the transformationfrom pure theory teaching to the completion ofthe specific task.Students can also realize the transformation of their identities to safety management staff in enterprises as soon as possible through the study of this course,and at the same time,they can cultivate more safety professionals for our country as soon as possible.
