摘要
安徽某水厂改扩建工程设计规模为30万m^3/d,通过多种因素对比分析确定采用现场制备次氯酸钠替代原液氯消毒,设计过程中充分考虑系统运行管理的安全、可靠、便捷,优化了盐水调配系统、储存和投加系统、排氢系统,增加废液收集系统。该系统具有集成度高、安全性好、运维管理方便等特点。
The design capacity of the reconstruction and expansion project of a WTP in Anhui Province is 300000 m^3/d.Through the comparison and analysis of various factors,it is determined that the liquid chlorine disinfection is replaced by the in-site preparation of chlorine disinfection.In the design process,the safety,reliability and convenience of the system operation management are fully considered,the brine mixing system,storage and dosing system,hydrogen removal system are optimized and the waste liquid collection system is added.The system has the characteristics of high integration,good security,convenient operation and maintenance management.
