摘要
为了确定黄蜀葵种子发芽的最佳条件,本试验研究了植物生长调节物质种类与浓度、处理温度、浸泡时间等对黄蜀葵种子发芽的影响。结果表明,黄蜀葵种子最佳浸泡时间为12 h,最适发芽温度为变温15~25℃,浸种时间、培养温度交互作用的最佳培养条件为浸种12 h、变温15~25℃;不同浓度的生长调节物质GA、6-BA、CTS、SPM、PEG对种子萌发表现出不同作用,其中以25%PEG能显著促进种子的萌发,发芽率可达93%。
In order to determine the optimal conditions for seed germination of A belmoschus manihot,this paper studied the effects of different types and concentrations of plant growth regulators,the treatment temperature and the soaking time on the seeds germination of A belmoschus manihot.The results showed that the optimum soaking time of the seeds was 12 h,the optimum germination temperature was 15-25℃,the optimum culture condition was soaking for 12 h at 15-25℃.Different concentrations of growth regulating substance such as GA,6-BA,CTS,SPM and PEG with different concentrations had different effects on seed germination.Among them,25% PEG could significantly promote seed germination,and the germination rate could reach 93%.
