摘要
本文在前人对大球盖菇研究的基础上,通过多年的试验研究,从菌种选择、播期确定、林地选择、林地灭菌消毒、配料选择、建堆发酵、铺料播种、发菌期管理、出菇期管理、采收等方面总结出一套简便易行的大球盖菇林下优质高产栽培技术,以期为广大种植户提供科学参考。
Based on the the former study,through experimental research for many years,this paper summarized a set of simple and easy cultivation technique of Stropharia rugoso-annulata under the forest with high quality and high yield from the aspects of strain selection,sowing date determination,forest land selection,sterilization and disinfection of forest land,ingredients selection,pile building fermentation,spreading and sowing,germinating period management,mushroom period management,harvesting,so as to provide scientific reference for the farmers.
