农民是乡村振兴战略的主体,人才是乡村振兴战略的关键,开展新型职业农民培训,服务乡村振兴战略,是推动农村经济发展的当务之急。昆山市创新了新型职业农民的培育模式,通过重视学历教育、树立先进典型、加强内部联结、打造职业新名片等举措,培养了一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的产业领军型人才队伍,形成了"政策育人、人才兴业、产业富农"的良好机制,为助力乡村振兴提供了坚实的人才支撑。

Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization strategy and talents are the key to rural revitalization strategy,so it is urgent to promote the development of rural economy by carrying out the training of new types of vocational farmers and serving the strategy of rural revitalization.Kunshan City has innovated the cultivation mode of new-type vocational farmers,through the measures of attaching importance to academic education,setting up advanced model,strengthening internal connection and creating new business card of occupation,cultivated an industry leading talent team that understands agriculture,loves rural areas and farmers,and formed a good mechanism of "policy education,talent development and industry enrichment",which provided a solid support for rural revitalization support of talents.
