摘要
本次研究筛选并测试了一种新型节能型清洗剂,结果显示这种清洗剂能够替代单碱性清洗剂和单酸性清洗剂的共同作用,同时实现两种功能,即可以将原有传统"五步"CIP清洗工艺缩短为"三步"清洗工艺,现场应用测试结果显示,在优异的清洗效果下还能实现耗水量、耗电量、耗蒸汽量、耗时间的节约,可为食品饮料企业节约能源并减少排放。
The research tested and screened a new type energy-saving cleaner.The result showed that the new type cleaner can achieve the functions of both alkaline cleaners and acid cleaners,so that the traditional"five-step"CIP cleaning process can be shortened to"three-step"process.The application test result showed that the cleaner can not only produce excellent cleaning effect,but also achieve the saving in water,electricity,steam and time consumption,which could save energy and reduce emission in food and beverage enterprises.
