隔水管伸缩装置是隔水管系统中设计、制造难度最高,结构最为复杂的单元设备。目前国内鲜有技术人员对隔水管伸缩装置进行研究、设计和制造。剖析了伸缩装置的工作原理,指出了伸缩装置的关键功能模块,在调研了国外多家企业的伸缩装置产品后,提出了伸缩装置设计制造中的关键技术,并在此基础上提出了隔水管伸缩装置未来的发展方向,可为隔水管伸缩装置产品的设计提供参考。

The riser telescopic device is the most complex unit in the design and manufacture of riser systems.Up to now,few units in China have conducted research,design and manufacture of riser expansion devices.The working principle of the telescopic device was analyzed,and the key functional modules of the telescopic joint device were pointed out.After investigating the telescopic joint device products of many foreign companies,the key technologies in the design and manufacture of the telescopic joint device were proposed,and the riser was proposed based on this Future development direction of telescopic joint device.
