水射流射孔对套管冲击压力的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为了进一步认识水力喷砂射孔过程及射孔成孔的形态,分析了靶距、砂粒体积分数和喷射速度对套管射孔压力的影响。采用射流理论、材料冲蚀理论和计算流体力学,利用计算机仿真软件,对不同靶距、砂粒体积分数和射流速度下的喷砂射孔进行数值研究。研究结果表明,随着靶距的减少,套管壁上的射孔压力增加;随着靶距的增加,套管壁上产生的射孔压力面积增加;射孔压力随着砂粒浓度和喷射速度的增加而增加。该研究结果可为水力喷砂射孔及套管射开孔型的优化研究提供参考。 In order to understand process of waterpower abrasive blasting perforation and form of perforation and pore-creating,the influence of well-case perforating pressure on range,sand concentration and jet velocity in the process of perforation was analyzed,the research on waterpower abrasive blasting pressure was carried out.The jet theory,material erosion theory and computational fluid mechanic were used.The simulation software was applied to analyze the abrasive blasting on range,sand concentration and jet velocity.The research result indicates perforation pressure increases with the decrease of range,the area of perforation pressure on the casing pipe wall increases with the growth of range,and the perforation pressure increases with increasing sand particle concentration and spray speed.This result could provide theoretical basis for optimization study of casing pipe passes by waterpower abrasive blasting perforation.
