游梁式抽油机盘根盒效率模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 游梁式抽油机井口盘根盒通常采用一级密封盘根,密封盘根在长时间的抽油生产中不断磨损而失效,导致原油的漏失,且造成环境污染。太小的压紧力不能实现有效密封,但过于紧密的填料密封,会导致其与抽油杆的摩擦力增加,增大抽油设备的地面能耗,降低生产效率。针对目前盘根盒无具体效率计算模型,致使盘根盒能耗无法准确控制的问题,结合生产实际,利用试验手段得到了对中性系数f 1与松紧度系数f 2,建立了盘根盒效率计算模型。通过算例与现场试验,发现了影响盘根盒效率与能耗的相关因素,实现了抽油机井盘根盒效率更为准确的量化。 The pumping unit packing box generally adopts the first-stage sealing packing.The sealed packing wears out and fails during the long-term pumping production,resulting in the loss of crude oil and environmental pollution.The tight packing seals will increase the friction with the sucker rod,increases the ground energy consumption of the pumping equipment,and reduces production efficiency.In view of the problem that the current packing box has no specific efficiency calculation model,the production cost of the packing box can not be accurately controlled,the neutral coefficient f 1 and the tightness coefficient f 2 were obtained by experimental means,combined with theoretical calculation and the packing box efficiency model was established.Through calculation and field tests,relevant factors affecting the efficiency and energy consumption of the packing box were discovered,and a more accurate quantification of the packing box efficiency of the pumping well was realized.
