摘要 传统的固控系统多采用四级净化,即振动筛的筛分、除砂器的除砂、除泥器的除泥、离心机的离心净化。两级净化固控系统将四级净化设备中的除砂器和除泥器取消,增强了第1级净化设备的性能,优化固控系统流程设计,简化了工艺流程。通过对国内外重点项目案例和第1级净化设备的技术特性进行分析,两级净化固控系统较四级净化降低了设备投资成本¥30万元,增加了系统有效容积30 m^3,节能25%。现场应用结果表明,两级净化可代替四级净化固控系统;第1级净化设备尤为重要。对国内推广钻井液净化方案有一定的指导意义。 Traditional solid control systems usually use four-stage purification,that is,screening by vibrating screen,sand removal by sand remover,mud removal by desilter,centrifugal purification by centrifuge.The two-stage cleaning solid control system eliminates the sand remover and desilter in the four-stage purification equipment,enhances the performance of the first stage purification equipment,optimizes the process design of the solid control system,and simplifies the process.By analyzing the domestic and foreign key project cases and the technical characteristics of the first-stage cleaning equipment,the two-stage cleaning solid control system reduced the equipment investment cost by¥300,000,increased the effective volume of the system by 30 m^3,and saved 25%of energy.Field application results show that the two-stage cleaning can replace the four-stage cleaning solid control system and the first-stage cleaning equipment is particularly important.It has certain guiding significance for the promotion of drilling fluid cleaning plans in China.
