核主泵轴用0Cr13Ni4Mo钢低温冲击韧性研究

摘要 本文研究了不同淬火、回火温度及二次去应力回火对0Cr13Ni4Mo核主泵轴用钢的低温冲击韧性的影响,试验结果显示:在同等淬火温度条件下,回火温度降低,低温冲击韧性变差,二次去应力回火后低温韧性变差;淬火温度对低温冲击韧性影响很大,温度不宜低于1020℃,保温时间不宜过长。 In this paper,the low temperature impact toughness of 0Cr13Ni4Mo nuclear main pump shaft steel with different quenching and tempering temperatures and secondary stress relief tempering is studied.The test results show that under the same quenching temperature,the tempering temperature decreases,the low temperature impact toughness becomes worse,and the low temperature toughness becomes worse after secondary stress relief tempering.The quenching temperature has a great influence on the low temperature impact toughness,and the temperature should not be lower than 1020℃.The temperature time should not be too long.
