摘要
高铝制品因烧成过程中二次莫来石反应,产品尺寸难以控制,产品质量不稳定。本文通过生产实例探讨了高铝高炉砖烧成膨胀的理论机理,设计了四种配比进行试验,从生产工艺的各个环节进行控制,通过外形尺寸及成品理化指标检测对比分析,经理论计算,最终确定了合理的生产工艺方案。改变一级矾土熟料在骨料和细粉中加入量的比例,以适应热工制度的要求,从而保证制品的外形尺寸和理化指标均能达到企业标准的要求。
Due to the secondary mullite reaction in the firing process,the product size is difficult to control and the product quality is unstable.In this paper,the theoretical mechanism of firing expansion of high alumina blast furnace brick is discussed through the production example,four kinds of mixing ratios are designed to carry on the test,each link of the production process is controlled,through the comparative analysis of the physical and chemical indexes of the physical and chemical indexes of the finished product,through the theoretical calculation,the reasonable production process scheme is finally determined.The proportion of first-grade bauxite clinker in aggregate and fine powder is changed to adapt to the requirements of thermal system,so as to ensure that the external size and physical and chemical indexes of products can meet the requirements of enterprise standards.
