摘要
镧含量是钼镧合金粉中的一个重要的质量指标。镧含量不同的钼镧合金粉,在烧结过程中有着不同的烧结现象,这个现象严重影响着烧结坯的致密程度。本文选用了3种不同镧含量的钼镧合金,通过设计不同的烧结温度,研究了烧结过程中的组织和密度变化规律。研究结果表明,坯条晶粒、密度与镧含量、烧结工艺相关,镧含量越高,坯条生成大晶的温度越低,时间越早。通过调节合适的烧结保温平台,可以提高不同镧含量坯条的致密性能。
Lanthanum content is an important quality indicator in Mo-La alloy powder.The Mo-La alloy powder with different lanthanum content has a different sintering phenomenon during the sintering process.This phenomenon seriously affects the compactness of the sintered compact.Three kinds of Mo-La alloys with different lanthanum content were selected for the test.By designing different sintering temperatures and studying the changes in the microstructure and density during the sintering process,three kinds of Mo-La alloys with different lanthanum content were determined and the microstructure evolution during the sintering process was determined.The results show that the grain size and density of the billet are related to the lanthanum content and the sintering process.The higher the lanthanum content,the lower the temperature at which the billet forms large crystals,and the earlier the time.By adjusting the appropriate sintering insulation platform,the compactness of the billets with different lanthanum content can be improved.
