新时代高校辅导员职业路径的实践探索--以上海交通大学为例 被引量:4

How to Enable College Advisors to Achieve Solid Career Advancement

摘要 目前,高校辅导员行政级别“单线”晋升路径、行政级别-教师专业技术职级“双线”晋升路径以及横向的岗位交流路径分别存在压缩职业发展空间、制度尚不成熟、容易被异化曲解等问题。上海交通大学通过成立学生工作指导委员会,构建起“大学工”工作体系,打通了辅导员横向交流路径,推出的“三大卓越奖励计划”思政系列促进了辅导员专家化进程,使辅导员变成终身事业。 Some college advisors can only hope to clime up the administrative ladder as a single way to promotion,which leaves limited room for their career development.Others are allowed to win either administrative promotions or professional titles meant for teachers,which is desirable in notion but still immature in practice.There are also sometimes opportunities for college advisors to have lateral moves,which in some cases are misused and distorted.Given this undesirable situation,Shanghai Jiao Tong University has built a“Great Student Work”system,opened up smooth channels for lateral communication between advisors and unveiled"Three Incentive Programs"to motivate advisors so they are willing to become an expert at student work and look upon it as a lifetime cause.
