当前思政“第一课”已在高校生根发芽,形成高校党委书记、校长带头走进课堂,带头推动思政课建设的新常态。思政“第一课”是加强高校意识形态工作、形成思想政治工作合力、推进思政课提质增效的必然选择,呈现教学选题个性化、教学内容导向性、教学组织联动性的特点,发挥引导学生树立“四个正确认识”、鼓励学生成长成才、培育学生爱校荣校情怀、为思政课带来新风、凝聚思政工作合力的德育价值。
