摘要
对镇巴县药用大黄根腐病病原进行鉴定,并采用不同微生物菌剂进行防治试验。结果表明,镇巴县药用大黄根腐病主要由镰刀菌属致病菌引起;不同微生物菌剂对大黄根腐病均有一定的防治效果,其中以青枯立克效果最佳,防效可达95%以上。
The pathogen of root rot of medicinal Rheum palmatum L. in Zhenba County was identified,and the control experiments were carried out with different microbial agents.The results showed that the root rot of medicinal Rheum palmatum L. in Zhenba County was mainly caused by Fusarium pathogens,and different microbial agents had certain control effects,among them,the best one was qingkulike,and the control effect was more than 95%.
