乡村振兴视角下基层治理结构探析

Analysis on Structure of Grass Roots Governance from Perspective of Rural Revitalization

"三农"问题始终是关系国计民生的根本性问题,十九大报告中提出的乡村振兴战略从生产、生活、生态、文化等多重角度构建了我国现代化治理格局。本文基于乡村治理研究和村民基层自治的基本结构和发展模式,对我国乡村振兴战略进行深入分析,并对现代治理框架和政策体系进行梳理,以期为乡村振兴战略的实施提供创新性思路和可行性建议。

The three rural issues are always the fundamental issues related to the national economy and the people ′s livelihood.The strategy of rural revitalization proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has constructed the pattern of modern governance in China from the multiple perspectives of production,life,ecology and culture. Based on the research of rural governance and the basic structure and development mode of villagers′ grass-roots autonomy,this paper maked an in-depth analysis of the strategy of rural revitalization in China ′ and reviewed the modern governance framework and policy system,in order to provide innovative ideas and feasible suggestions in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
