摘要
基于林业企业管理的角度,从林业资源自身、企业管理、科研方面,讨论生态文明建设背景下林业企业管理模式的改革与创新。本文提出要以继续深化企业内部改革,坚定不移走可持续发展道路;加大科技创新投入,探索绿色发展新道路;注重人才培养,合理引进人力资源为发展目标,促进林业产业的健康可持续发展。
Based on the perspective of forestry enterprise management,from the perspective of forestry resources themselves,enterprise management,and scientific research,the reform and innovation of forestry enterprise management models in the context of ecological civilization const-ruction were discussed.This paper proposed that we should continue to deepen internal corporate reforms and unswervingly take the path of sustainable development,increase investment in scientific and technological innovation and explore new paths for green development,focuse on talent training,reasonably introduce human resources as development goals,with a view to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the forestry industry.
