摘要 随着经济社会的持续发展,许多行业对于钢铁资源的需求量越来越大,加强相关企业的生产管理工作很有必要。加热炉作为相关行业生产中的重点,在生产过程中容易出现氧化烧损现象,会增加企业的生产成本,对于行业的资源优化配置非常不利,及时降低氧化烧损对企业发展有着重要意义。结合我国相关行业的生产情况,从完善生产组织工作、控制仪器设备、优化生产工艺等方面,针对如何实现加热炉的节能和氧化烧损的降低进行了研究。 With the continuous development of economy and society, the demand for iron and steel resources in many industries is increasing, so it is necessary to strengthen the production management of related enterprises. As the key point in the production of related industries, the heating furnace is prone to oxidation and burning loss in the production process, which will increase the production cost of the enterprise, which is very unfavorable for the optimal allocation of resources in the industry, and reducing oxidation and burning loss in time is of great significance to the development of the enterprise. Based on the production situation of related industries in China, this paper studies how to realize the energy saving of heating furnace and the reduction of oxidation loss from the aspects of improving production organization, controlling instruments and equipment, optimizing production process, etc.
