随着通信技术的提升,大数据、人工智能等信息技术对建筑企业的工程管理模式产生巨大的影响,企业管理信息化成为时代的必然趋势。我国的建筑企业信息化管理的建设并不全面,多数企业停留在人力使用计算机进行数据文件存储和阅读层面,更多的是进行纸质化项目资料管理。信息化时代下,我国建筑行业不仅要将其项目工程的管理方式与信息通信技术融合,而且要创造出新的发展生态,培养专业的信息化技术人才,结合企业现状,打破传统的管理方式并深入到智能化管理层次,实现管理创新。通过对我国大部分建筑工程项目管理的发展现状进行分析,可探讨建筑企业工程管理与信息技术结合的相关问题。

With the improvement of communication technology,information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence had a tremendous impact on the engineering management mode of construction enterprises.Enterprise management informatization had become an inevitable trend of the times.The construction of information management in construction enterprises in China was not comprehensive.Most enterprises stayed at the level of storing and reading data files by using computers,and more were using paper-based project data management.In the information age,China's construction industry shall not only integrate its project management mode with information and communication technology,but also created a new development ecology,train professional information technology talents,broke the traditional management mode and went deep into the intelligent management level,and realize management innovation.The following was mainly through the analysis of the development status of most construction project management in China,and to explore the related issues of the combination of construction enterprise engineering management and information technology.
