摘要
介绍了海上油田水平井找水工艺难点、工艺原理及流程,分析了渤海油田水平井面临的找水测试难点,提出了一种以爬行器为输送方式,采用集流伞式分隔仪进行动态分段定位的方法实现水平井找水测试,并阐述了井下爬行器、水平井动态封隔集流测试分隔仪、找水测量仪等关键工具研究设计。同时,建立了室内模拟海上水平井筛管防砂完井出水找水的研究方法,为后续海上油田水平井精确找水测试提供了一种新的研究思路。
It introduces the technical difficulties, technological principle and process of water finding for horizontal wells in offshore oil fields, analyzes the difficulties in water finding test faced by horizontal wells in Bohai oil fields, and puts forward a method to realize water finding test for horizontal wells by using a crawler as the transportation mode and a dynamic segmented positioning method by using a collector umbrella separator. The research and design of the key tools, such as down hole crawler, horizontal well dynamic packer and collector test separator, and water exploration meter, are described. At the same time, a new research method is established to simulate the water exploration of the screen tube sand control completion of the horizontal well in the laboratory, which provides a new research idea for the subsequent accurate water exploration test of the horizontal well in the offshore oil field.
