摘要
介绍了智能化供气系统的工艺控制过程,从组态主界面、统计告警、参数设置和逻辑控制几个方面,详细阐述了供气系统的数据采集、界面显示、工作模式、累积量处理、告警输出和指示灯输出。供气系统基于一体化PLC通过反馈的气体浓度值对供气阀进行PID自动化控制,同时操作人员也可以实现手动供气控制。为了满足更好的控制效果,对反馈浓度值进行分段PID处理和曲线显示。经测试比较,基于一体化PLC所设计的智能化供气装置,可以快速地实现阀门调节和流量值统计,运行高效且稳定达到了预期的设计效果。
It introduces the process control process of the intelligent air supply system, and elaborates the data collection, interface display, working mode, cumulant processing, alarm output and indicator output of the air supply system from the aspects of configuration main interface, statistical alarm, parameter setting and logic control. The air supply system is based on the integrated PLC through the feedback of the gas concentration value of the air supply valve PID automatic control, at the same time the operator can also achieve manual air supply control. In order to satisfy the better control effect, the feedback concentration value is processed by piecewise PID and displayed by curve. Through the test comparison, the intelligent air supply device designed based on the integrated PLC can quickly realize the valve regulation and flow value statistics, the operation is efficient and stable to achieve the expected design effect.
