液位检测作为二甲醚球罐中二甲醚储存的度量手段,为生产装置的安全稳定运行提供重要依据。对于直径为18m,操作压力为10kg的球罐,为其选择一个测量准确、安装方便、维护简单,而且经济实惠的测量方案不易。针对直径为18m的二甲醚球罐在运行过程中发现原导波雷达液位计测量数据不稳,在球罐在正常运行时对现场液位计进行改装,并分析了它们存在的问题。依据二甲醚球罐的结构特点和操作要求,选择差压式液位计用于二甲醚球罐的液位检测,在近几年实际生产和二甲醚的装车中,更适合操作人员、管理考核以及安全管理的需求。

As a measure of DME storage in DME spherical tank, liquid level detection provides an important basis for the safe and stable operation of the production unit. For a spherical tank with a diameter of 18 meters and an operating pressure of 10 kg, it is not easy to choose an accurate measurement, convenient installation, simple maintenance and economical measurement scheme. In this paper, the measurement data of the original guided wave radar liquid level gauge is found to be unstable during the operation of the 18 meter diameter DME spherical tank, and the field liquid level gauge is modified during the normal operation of the spherical tank, and the existing problems are analyzed. According to the structure characteristics and operation requirements of DME spherical tank, differential pressure liquid level gauge is selected to detect the liquid level of DME spherical tank, which is more suitable for the needs of operators, management assessment and safety management in the actual production and loading of DME in recent years.
