摘要
堆芯冷却监测系统(ICCMS)属于安全1E级,连续监测堆芯温度、过冷裕度,以及压力容器水位等参数,对机组的安全稳定运行起着重要的作用。通过对秦山核电二厂堆芯冷却监测系统改造的背景进行分析,论证了系统改造的必要性,并结合现场的情况,在考虑了改造的实施难度和成本控制的基础上,确定了改造范围并进行了说明。改造后的新系统不仅实现了所有监测功能,其可靠性和开发性等方面也得到提高,系统优化也为其他仪控系统改造提供参考。
Inadequate Core Cooling Monitoring System(ICCMS) is level 1 E of security,it is used for constantly monitoring the core temperature, subcooling margin, the water level of reactor pressure vessel parameters. The article analyzes the background of the renovation of Inadequate Core Cooling Monitoring System in QinShan PhaseⅡ Nuclear Plant., the necessity of system updating was demonstrated. Combining with the actual situation, on the basis of considering the implementation difficulty and cost control of the transformation, the feasibility of the transformation is explained in terms of the scope of the updating, and the technical problems solved after the transformation are introduced, the reliability of the system is improved, the new system not only implements all monitoring functions, its reliability and development capabilities have also been greatly improved. The optimized design also provides same reference for the other instrument control system upgrading.
