摘要
连续重整装置反再单元闭锁料斗的自控阀是装置催化剂再生的关键设备,其连续运行时保障催化剂正常使用,是装置正常运行的关键。由于介质为颗粒物,温度高、磨损严重,普通自控阀使用寿命短,维修故障频繁。针对连续重整装置反再单元闭锁料斗的自控阀使用寿命问题,对阀门形式进行探索实践,在应用中取得了较好的效果。
Automatic control valve of reverse reconditioning unit closure hopper in continuous reforming unit is the key equipment of catalyst regeneration in the unit. Because the medium is particulate matter, the temperature is high, the wear is serious, the service life of the ordinary automatic control valve is short, the maintenance failure is frequent. Aiming at the service life of the automatic control valve of the reverse rearrangement closure hopper of the continuous reforming device, the valve form has been explored and practiced, and good results have been obtained in the application.
