感觉统合训练联合助视器对低视力患儿生活质量的影响研究

Study on effect of sensory integration training combined with visual aids on the life quality of children with low vision

目的 探讨感觉统合训练联合助视器对低视力患儿生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年9月至2019年6月在该院眼视光门诊筛查低视力患儿40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组采用助视器进行助视训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行感觉统合训练。比较两组训练前后儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表(SIFS)及Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)评分情况。结果 两组训练前SIFS评分及CBCL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组训练后SIFS评分明显高于对照组,而CBCL评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 感觉统合训练联合助视器能够改善低视力患儿康复效果,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of sensory integration training combined with visual aids on the quality of life of children with low vision.Methods From September 2018 to June 2019,40 children with low vision were screened in the optometry clinic of the hospital and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The control group received visual aid training with visual aids,and the observation group received sensory integration training on the basis of the control group.The scores of children′s sensory integration development scale(SIFS)and Achenbach children′s behavior scale(CBCL)before and after training were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the SIFs score and CBCL score between the two groups before training(P>0.05).After training,the SIFS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the CBCL score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with visual aids can improve the rehabilitation effect and life quality of children with low vision.
