摘要
该文通过对农业大棚温室环境系统特点和控制对象的分析与研究,设计了一种基于PLC的智能温室控制系统。该系统采用的是有线采集传感器和无线通信的方式,将采集的数据传输到PLC上,同时将控制命令下达到每个棚的输出点上。每个大棚配备一个数据采集模块,可以最多连接8个传感器。数据采集模块通过无线传输模块与PLC通讯,触摸屏作上位机,发出控制命令。这种方法实现了一个PLC控制多个温室大棚,减少了布线,克服了农业环境的恶劣因素,而且不受大棚位置的约束,还能节省成本。
By analyzing and researching the features and control objects of the greenhouse environment system in agricultural greenhouses,this paper designs an intelligent greenhouse control system based on PLC.This system is a wired acquisition sensor and wireless communication method.The collected data is transmitted to the PLC and the control command is delivered to each shed's output point.Each shed is equipped with a data acquisition module that can connect up to 8 sensors.The data acquisition modules in multiple greenhouses are connected to the PLC through a high-power wireless transmission module.All the controls are implemented by the host computer issuing control commands.This method implements a PLC to control multiple greenhouses,reduces wiring,overcomes the harsh conditions of the agricultural environment,and is not constrained by the location of greenhouses,but also saves costs.
