生物制造车间SCADA监控系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对目前传统生物制造车间普遍具有生产数据难以采集的问题,在传统系统之上,采用SCADA智能监控,构建分布式控制结构,控制平台采用西门子S7系列PLC,以WinCC组态作为上位机对系统运行过程状态实时监控,完成生物制造车间SCADA系统的设计与应用,实现制造流程可视化,具有参数设定、实时数据采集及远程监控等功能.通过现场的实验运行,验证了该系统提高了整体系统的自动化控制水平和生产效率。 Aiming at traditional biological manufacturing problems with poor production data collection in the traditional system,the system uses SCADA intelligent monitoring and distributed control structure.Making use of Siemens S7 series PLC as the control core and WinCC configuration as the PC for state real-time monitoring system operation process,the biological manufacturing workshop design and application of SCADA system complete the visualization of the manufacturing process,parameter setting,real-time data acquisition,remote monitoring and other functions.Through the field experiment,it is proved that the system improves the automation control level and production efficiency of the whole system.
