运用“社会与情绪学习”理论探索职业教育发展的理想途径

摘要 目前我国职业教育中出现学生缺乏合作、团队协作的训练,缺乏日常问题理性解决的引导以及缺乏当冲动行为产生时如何控制等这些需要管理生活技能的培训,通过实施与分析“社会与情绪学习”理论,引导学生管理和控制情绪、提高情商管理、改善学习态度、促进潜能发挥。让学生在“社会与情绪学习”中在认识自我、控制和调节自我、从而完善自我。
