随着我国社会经济发展,人们的精神文化追求越来越高,公共文化服务体系的建设变得尤为重要。广播电视作为人们获取媒体信息的重要载体,具有至关重要的公共文化服务功能。文章先阐述了广播电视公共文化服务功能的内涵,再结合实际分析广播电视发挥公共文化服务功能的优势及意义,最后从思想、措施、管理等方面探究广播电视公共文化服务功能的实现途径。

With the social and economic development of our country, people’s spiritual culture is becoming higher and higher, and the construction of the public cultural service system becomes more and more important. As an important carrier for people to get media information, radio and television has a vital function of public cultural service. This paper first expounds the connotation of the function of the public cultural service of the radio and television, and then analyzes the advantages and significance of the function of the public cultural service by the radio and television, and finally probes into the realization of the function of the public cultural service of the radio and television from the aspects of the thought, the measures and the management.
