综合护理在小儿急性腹泻中应用的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Acute Diarrhea

目的探讨综合护理在小儿急性腹泻中应用的效果研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在旅顺口区人民医院儿科就诊的80例小儿急性腹泻患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用综合护理,比较两组患者的症状消失时间和临床复发率。结果试验组症状消失时间短,临床复发率低,统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性腹泻患者采取综合护理可以有效的缩短症状消失时间,降低临床复发率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in children with acute diarrhea. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in lushunkou district people’s hospital pediatric clinic patients, 80 cases of infantile acute diarrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 40 cases, take the routine nursing care, experimental group 40 cases in the control group on the basis of using the comprehensive care, compared two groups of patients with recurrence and clinical symptoms disappear time. Results The symptom disappearance time was short and the clinical recurrence rate was low(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with acute diarrhea can effectively shorten the symptom disappearance time and reduce the clinical recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
