分析了国家对新时代本科教育的新要求,结合目前本科教育面临的问题与挑战,从体制机制改革和培养模式改革两方面详细阐述了西安电子科技大学本科教育的人才培养机制与培养模式改革探索。在培养模式改革方面,细分了教学内容变革、教学模式改革、教学手段革新、教学环境重塑、教学激励保障五个方面的内容。

This paper analyzes the new requirements of the state for the undergraduate education in the new era,combined with the problems and challenges faced by the current undergraduate education,and expounds the exploration of the talent training mechanism and training mode reform of the undergraduate education of Xidian University from two aspects of system mechanism reform and training mode reform in detail.In the aspect of training mode reform,it was analyzed from five aspects including teaching content reform,teaching mode reform,teaching means innovation,teaching environment reconstruction and teaching incentive guarantee.
