“一带一路”建设背景下图书馆合作实践研究

Research on the Cooperation Practice of Libraries under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

通过文献调研,广泛搜集了“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国与沿线国家及地区图书馆间开展合作的有关文献资料,总结出中国与沿线国家图书馆合作类型有业务合作和文化交流两种类型。分析了目前合作存在的问题,如参与合作的力量有限、层次不够深入、为“一带一路”建设开展的服务不足、人才培养不够等。提出了加强合作规模效益、业务合作与文化交流并重、以合作项目带动业务发展等建议。

Through document research,this paper has extensively collected relevant materials of cooperations between libraries of China and libraries of countries and regions along the line since the launch of the Belt and Road Initiative.There were mainly two types of cooperation:business cooperation and cultural exchange.Through analysis some problems of the cooperation were found such as the participating institutions are limited,the cooperation level is not deep enough,the services for the development of the Belt and Road Initiative are insufficient and talent training is not enough.This paper also proposes some suggestions including strengthening the scale of cooperation,paying attention to both business cooperation and cultural exchange and promoting business development through cooperation projects.
