我国大陆读书会运行机制研究——基于读书会章程文本分析

Research on Operation Mechanism of Reading Clubs in Chinese Mainland--Text Analysis on Book Club Constitution

读书会章程是保证读书会组织活动正常运行并要求全体成员共同遵守的一种规则性文书。通过对从网上搜集到的具有广泛代表性的50份读书会章程文本进行分析,对比总结这些读书会章程的结构和主要内容。通过研究发现读书会章程对读书会的运行机制、组织活动和管理机制成正相关关系。提出通过完善读书会章程,从服务对象、活动形式、活动流程、活动时间及奖惩制度等方面完善读书会运行机制的建议。

The book club constitution is a regular document for the normal operation of organizing activities of the book club and it requires the abidance of its all members.Through the collection and analysis of 50 book club constitutions of widely representativeness from the Internet,including comparison and summarization of the structure and main contents of these book club constitutions.It is found that the book club constitution has a positive correlation with the operation mechanism,organization activities and management mechanism of the book club.Suggestions are put forward to improve the operation mechanism of the book club from the aspects of service object,activity form,activity process,activity time,and reward and punishment system to perfect the constitution of the book club.
