民族村开展体育旅游与民族形象重构--以旅游公共服务质量为研究视角

Sports Tourism And Reconstruction of Ethnic Image in Ethic Villages——From the Perspective of Tourism Publie Service Guality

运用田野调查法、文献资料法、参与观察法等多种方式,并以旅游公共服务质量为研究视角,对黑龙江省柯尔克孜民族村开展民族体育旅游进行个案研究,试图将多种民族体育项目融入到柯尔克孜民族村旅游中。深入剖析民族村现有旅游公共服务体系,针对柯尔克孜民族村公共基础设施统系规划不够、公共信息服务系统不够完善、旅游安全救助系统尚未引起重视、民族村智慧化旅游服务尚未建立的问题,提出相应地完善公共基础设施系统、建立便利游客服务系统、重视创设游客安全系统、打造智慧型旅游系统等策略建议。以期实现民族体育项目与柯尔克孜民族村旅游融合发展,为柯尔克孜民族村旅游发展带来新的机遇、抢救濒危的柯尔克孜民族体育文化、提升民族村旅游地形知名度、重构柯尔克孜民族形象。

By using the methods of field investigation,literature,participation and observation,and from the perspective of tourism public service quality,this paper makes a case study on the development of ethnic sports tourism in Kirgiz ethnic village in Heilongjiang Province,and tries to integrate various ethnic sports into Kirgiz ethnic village tourism.Based on the analysis of the existing tourism public service system in ethnic villages,this paper proposes to improve the public infrastructure system,establish the tourist convenient service system,and pay attention to the creation of tourism,aiming at the problems of insufficient planning of the public infrastructure system in Kirgiz ethnic villages,the imperfection of the public information service system,the lack of attention to the tourism safety relief system,and the lack of Intelligent Tourism Service in ethnic villages Set up tourist safety system and build intelligent tourism system.In order to achieve the integration and development of ethnic sports and Kirgiz ethnic village tourism,bring new opportunities for the tourism development of Kirgiz ethnic village,rescue the endangered Kirgiz ethnic sports culture,enhance the popularity of Ethnic Village Tourism terrain,and reconstruct Kirgiz ethnic image.
