Summary of Professor ZHOU Xue-long’s Experience in Treating Elbow Soft Tissue Pain

介绍周学龙教授治疗肘外侧软组织痛的临床经验。周周学龙教授结合自身30余年的临床经验归纳肘外侧软组织痛总的病因是“力学平衡”失调,并认为“动力失衡在先,静力失衡在后”,其病理因素是黏连、挛缩、疤痕等。治疗上提出恢复肘关节生物力学平衡是治疗本病的关键所在,同时强调功能锻炼的重要性。并基于中医经筋理论,从整体观念出发,将针刀神经触激术、浮针扫散法及西医“微创松解术”有机结合,创立“一松二扫三触激”法治疗该病,取得了较为满意的临床疗效。

This paper introduces Professor ZHOU Xue-long’s clinical experience in treating elbow soft tissue pain.Based on his own clinical experience of more than 30 years,Professor ZHOU concluded that the overall cause of pain of lateral elbow soft tissue was the imbalance of"mechanical balance",and he believed that"dynamic imbalance came first,static imbalance came later",and the pathological factors were adhesion,contracture,scar,etc.In treatment,it is suggested that restoring the biomechanical balance of elbow joint is the key to treat this disease,and the importance of functional exercise is emphasized.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor ZHOU organically combined the needlestick nerve stimulation,floating-needle sweeping and western medicine"minimally invasive loosing"to create the unique method to treat the disease and achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.
