虚拟网络中知识中介角色的影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Mediation Role in Virtual Networks

本研究引入知识中介的概念,通过复杂网络分析技术构建基于知识中介人的知识转移网络拓扑模型,分析个体行为人在知识转移网络中的角色并明确不同的角色类型。通过对虚拟网络进行实验,结果表明影响知识中介数量变化的主要因素包括接收双方知识的异质性和知识距离。知识中介人的角色与知识的异质性相关,但当知识异质性超过某一最佳值后,充当知识中介人角色的数量逐渐降低;知识中介人的角色与知识转移双方的知识距离相关,知识的距离越大,充当知识中介人角色数量越多。

By introducing the concept of knowledge broker, this study builds a knowledge transfer network topology model based on knowledge-agents through a complex network analysis techniques to analyze the role of individual actors in knowledge transfer network, and distinguishs between the different types of roles. Through the virtual network simulation,the study results show that with the increase of the knowledge stock in knowledge transfer network, the knowledge agent’s role is changing. The impact of role of knowledge agents is due to the heterogeneity of knowledge and knowledge of distance between the receiving parties.This study finds that the greater the degree of knowledge heterogeneity is,the more the number of the agent’s knowledge is;the greater the knowledge distance is,the more knowledge the agent quantity is.
