透明质酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果

Effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察透明质酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年5月我院收治的108例KOA患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予透明质酸钠治疗,观察组给予透明质酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的OPN、VEGF、IL-1β及TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗KOA患者能够有效改善关节滑液细胞因子、炎性因子水平,促进膝关节功能恢复,且安全性较好。

Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods One hundred and eight patients with KOA admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,while the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of OPN,VEGF,IL-1βand TNF-αof the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of Lysholm knee joint function in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of the KOA patients can effectively improve the levels of cytokines and inflammatory factors in synovial fluid,promote the recovery of knee joint function,with high safety.
