左乙拉西坦在难治性偏头痛患者治疗中的效果

Effect of levetiracetam in the treatment of patients with refractory migraine

目的探讨左乙拉西坦在难治性偏头痛患者治疗中的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院接收并诊治的74例难治性偏头痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为参照组和联合治疗组,每组37例。参照组采用氟桂利嗪进行治疗,联合治疗组在对照组基础上采用左乙拉西坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者的HIT-6、SF-MPQ、ES评分均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者5-HT水平明显高于治疗前,且联合治疗组高于参照组,两组ET-1水平明显低于治疗前,且联合治疗组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者MS-QOL评分明显升高,且联合治疗组明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦用于难治性偏头痛患者治疗中的效果显著,可缓解患者头痛程度,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of levoethracetam in the treatment of patients with refractory migraine.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,74 patients with refractory migraine received and treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into reference group and combined treatment group by random number method,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with flunarizine,while the combined treatment group was treated with levoethylracetam on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of HIT-6,SF-MPQ and ES in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of 5-HT in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and that in the combined treatment group was higher than the reference group,the levels of ET-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that in the combined treatment group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the MS-QOL scores of the two groups increased significantly,and that of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levetiracetam in the treatment of refractory migraine has a significant effect,it can alleviate the degree of headache and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
