硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压疾病的效果及安全性

Effect and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的分析硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压疾病的效果及安全性。方法将74例妊娠高血压患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率和生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,舒张压、收缩压和24 h尿蛋白水平和尿蛋白/肌酐值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压疾病效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Seventy-four patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and nifedipine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diastolic and systolic blood pressure,24 h urinary protein level and urinary protein/creatinine values were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine is effective in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.
