摘要
目的探讨实施跨理论模型健康教育对老年牙周病患者的临床意义。方法选取2017年8月至2019年1月我院口腔科收治的90例老年牙周病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(45例,跨理论模型健康教育)与对照组(45例,传统健康教育)。比较两组健康教育的效果。结果干预后6个月,两组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探针深度及附着丧失均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后6个月,两组患者SE-DC、SE-B及SE-DH评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复诊率及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年牙周病患者实施跨理论模型健康有利于提高患者口腔自我保健意识,在保持良好口腔卫生同时有利于护理满意度及复诊率的提高。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of cross-theoretical model health education in elderly patients with periodontal disease.Methods Ninety elderly patients with periodontal disease admitted in stomatology department of our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(45 cases,cross-theoretical model health education)and control group(45 cases,traditional health education)according to random number table method.The effects of health education between the two groups were compared.Results Six months after the intervention,the gingival index,plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,probe depth and attachment loss in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Six months after the intervention,the scores of SE-DC,SE-B and SE-DH in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing cross-theoretical model health for elderly patients with periodontal disease is conducive to improving patients'oral self-care awareness,maintaining good oral hygiene and improving nursing satisfaction and recurrence rate.
