家庭协同式护理干预在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of family cooperative nursing intervention in children with viral myocarditis

目的探讨家庭协同式护理在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月我院接收并诊治的150例病毒性心肌炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为常规组和家庭协同式护理组,每组75例。给予常规组患儿常规护理,给予家庭协同式护理组患儿家庭协同式护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患儿的SCARED、CDI评分均降低,且家庭协同式护理组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿的CBCL评分均降低,且家庭协同式护理组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患儿的Frankl依从量表评分均升高,且家庭协同式护理组高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿家属的NSNS评分均升高,且家庭协同式护理组高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭协同式护理干预对病毒性心肌炎患儿心理行为的影响价值显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of family cooperative nursing intervention in children with viral myocarditis.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,150 children with viral myocarditis who were received and treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into conventional group and family cooperative nursing group by random number method,with 75 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the family cooperative nursing group was given family cooperative nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SCARED and CDI in the two groups decreased,and those in the family cooperative nursing group were lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the CBCL scores in the two groups decreased,and that in the family cooperative nursing group was lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of Frankl compliance scale in the two groups increased,and that in the family cooperative nursing group was higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the NSNS scores of the families in both groups increased,and that in the family cooperative nursing group was higher than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of family cooperative nursing intervention on the psychological behavior of children with viral myocarditis is significant,which is worth of clinical promotion and application.
