强化风险护理模式在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用效果

Application effect of intensive risk nursing mode in neonatal jaundice with blue light irradiation treatment

目的探讨强化风险护理模式在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年6月收治的140例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(70例,常规护理)和观察组(70例,强化风险护理)。比较两组患儿的临床效果、不良事件发生情况及患儿家属的护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组的临床总有效率为84.29%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组的不良事件总发生率为18.57%,明显低于对照组的34.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患儿家属的各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化风险护理模式在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用效果显著,可减少不良事件发生风险,提高患儿家属满意度,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of intensive risk nursing mode in neonatal jaundice with blue light irradiation treatment.Methods A total of 140 neonate with neonatal jaundice admitted from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(70 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(70 cases,intensive risk nursing)according to the method of random number table.The clinical effect,adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 84.29%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 18.57%,which was significantly lower than 34.29%in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive risk nursing mode in neonatal jaundice with blue light irradiation treatment has a significant application effect,it can reduce the risk of adverse events and improve the satisfaction of the family members of the children,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
