多学科合作模式在压疮伤口会诊中的作用

Role of multidisciplinary cooperation model in pressure sore wound consultation

目的探讨多学科合作模式在压疮伤口会诊中的作用。方法选取2018年1月至12月收治的压疮患者80例为研究对象,将2018年1月至6月收治的40例压疮患者设为对照组,2018年7月至12月收治的40例压疮患者设为观察组。对照组给予压疮的常规处理方法,观察组采用多学科合作模式进行压疮会诊及综合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组3、4期压疮的愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的压疮愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的伤口护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多学科合作模式进行压疮伤口会诊的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the role of multidisciplinary cooperation model in pressure sore wound consultation.Methods A total of 80 patients with pressure sore admitted from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,40 patients with pressure sore admitted from January to June 2018 were set as control group,and 40 patients with pressure sore admitted from July to December 2018 were set as observation group.The routine treatment of pressure sore was given the control group,and the multidisciplinary cooperation model was used in the observation group for consultation and comprehensive treatment of pressure sore.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of stage 3 and 4 pressure sores in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The healing rate of pressure sore in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of wound nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperation model used in the consultation of pressure sore wounds has a significant effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
